It all begins when we first receive your inquiry through our website. We call you within one business day of your inquiry. If it feels like a good fit, we’d love to meet at a nearby coffee shop and hear all about your wedding day plans so far! We’d love for you to tell us about your vision of your wedding day.

Step One
Every wedding is unique, so our packages are highly customizable for each couple. Every package comes with a highlight video which varies in length depending on how many hours of wedding coverage you need. Every package also includes a dedicated video of the wedding ceremony, as well as of the toasts. You can add dedicated videos of any special events, such as the first dance, or a wedding celebration on another day.

Step Two
If we’re a match made in wedding-video-heaven, then we sign a contract which details our mutual commitment to your wedding day. We’ll need details like timelines and locations to be properly prepared and we’ll discuss what popular music you’d like to have in your wedding video. We also require a 30% deposit to reserve your day.
Moving Forward
Step Three
On the day of shooting, we’ll laugh and cry with you. We’ll direct you in particular shots we want to create for a visually stunning highlight video. Most of our time will be spent with you, documenting your day, and the rest of our time is spent setting up video, audio, and lighting equipment and coordinating with the photographer and DJ.
The Moment has Arrived
Step Four
We edit the footage and deliver a social media reel within 2 business days for you to share with family and friends. The highlight video and all other videos are delivered within two months.

FAQ's
Absolutely! We license popular music from a website called tracksmusic.com. They include top hit artists like Dan + Shay, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars and a whole lot of others to choose from! If the song you’d reeeeally like is not there, we’d have to look for a cover version of your song from artists on YouTube to license the song.
We bring at least four cameras with 4k capability to record your ceremony. We also use stabilizers to have smooth, cinematic footage while we walk about during the day and we use tripods as well during the ceremony and reception. We also bring 1-2 drones with different capabilities and sound equipment to record audio from a DJ’s mixer board and lavalier mics. We also bring a GoPro camera if needed for more adventurous shots that would be risky or impossible for a traditional video camera. A couple of examples would be going in the water at a pool after party for an underwater shot or on a ride at an amusement park ride.

Yes! We record the ceremony continuously from at least 4 different camera angles. Depending on the package you’d like, we will record the toasts and first dance and dances with parents as well and deliver them in their own videos (separate from the highlight video). Additional videos can also be added individually to packages as well!
